Subscription Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Pawsitive Club membership at any time — no fees, no hoops. Manage your subscription from your customer account, or email us at orders@shoppawsitivevibes.com and we'll take care of it for you.

Cancellation stops all future billing immediately. You'll keep access to everything already delivered to you, and any month already billed will still be delivered in full. Charges for months already delivered are non-refundable.
