Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about every purchase from Shop Pawsitive Vibes. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Physical Products — We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To start a return, email orders@shoppawsitivevibes.com with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days (banks may take additional time to post it). If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us with a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — no return shipping needed.

Digital Products — Because our digital downloads (guides, journals, and affirmation packs) are delivered instantly, sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. If you have trouble accessing your files or something isn't as described, email us — we'll always make sure you receive what you paid for.

Pawsitive Club Memberships — Cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future billing and you keep everything already delivered. Months already delivered are non-refundable.
